Greg currently runs his own Training and Consultancy business, "Useful Conversations" and works as a solution focused practitioner. Since 1997 he has applied SF approaches in my work with children and families, adults with drug and alcohol problems and adults with mental health difficulties. He has also taught the SF approach to students from several universities and was an Honorary Tutor at Leeds University. Prior to he worked with children and families in social services departments and in the voluntary and private sectors. Greg’s last position was as an NHS manager at Leeds Addiction Unit. In this role he acted as Child Protection consultant and as an Expert Witness providing court reports where parental substance misuse was an issue.
