Yorkshire Solution Focused Brief Therapy Group

We are a professional interest group, open to anyone who uses Solution Focused Therapy skills (SFT) in the region. [What is SFT?]

Our aim is to assisit in the spreading of SFT skills as widely as possible around the region. We don't own these skills! We learnt them from someone else and we are keen to pass them on. We are a non-profit making group.

We meet 5 times a year, in Leeds or Bradford, for a training workshop on a different aspect of SFT.

We come from a wide range of work settings and backgrounds -

• Nurses
• Psychotherapists
• students
• people with a general interest

Anyone is welcome to come along and see if the group might be helpful. Beginners are especially welcome and we try to provide support to help you get started.
